What EdgarReader is

EdgarReader displays documents that companies file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, retrieved from the SEC’s public EDGAR system, together with charts, calculations and summaries derived from them. EdgarReader is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC.

Not investment advice

Nothing on EdgarReader is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Calculated figures, charts and AI summaries can contain errors; always check the original filing, which every page links to, before relying on anything.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated bulk downloading.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe after any free trial. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren’t refunded except where required by law.

Beta

EdgarReader is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
